Real Easter Egg

It's hard to believe that, out of the whopping 80 million chocolate Easter Eggs sold each year, not one of them mentions Jesus on the box. Until now that is.

The Real Easter Egg from The Meaningful Chocolate Company is the first and only Fairtrade chocolate Easter Egg to explain the Christian understanding of Easter on the box. It also supports charity and development projects.

The Real Easter Egg is now in its third year of production with more than 200,000 sold so far. The Meaningful Chocolate Company would love you to join its campaign and help to establish the egg.

This year the Real Easter Egg has a free activity pack in the box which includes the Easter story, activity poster, free iTunes download and a sticker set. Read more here.

The eggs are available from most big supermarkets including Morrisons, Tesco and the Co-op, and an interactive map is available on the Website showing where you can buy them. I've bought two at the new Blyth Morrisons, costing £3.99 each.
